We love house concerts!

A house concert is a fun and informal way of getting to hear music that you really enjoy.

  • It is a cross between a party with all your friends and relatives, and a concert with your favorite musicians.
  • What's required?
    A living room—or social room in a library, restaurant, theatre, senior center... gardenparty (43K) ...or garden!
  • Desired attendance: between 30 and 60 people, depending on how many you think your room will comfortably hold.
  • Ticket price: usually a $10 to $20 donation. Typically, all proceeds go to the musicians.
  • If serving beverages and food, invite friends to bring pot luck!
  • Whether you have an established series or are a first-time host, we'd love to come and play at YOUR house!
